Wawa, Inc is looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers as the friendly face of a beloved brand. You will handle cash register duties, assist with fuel and gift cards, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

Formación

• Great communication and customer service skills.

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked with fresh shelves and inviting displays.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and more.
