This Charley’s at the Exchange role focuses on friendly, face-to-face service to ensure a great customer experience through attentive greeting, needs-based recommendations, and accurate transactions.

You will work in a fast-paced food service setting with flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Exchange network.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or the equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and occasional heavier lifting.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Willing to cross-train and work in multiple store areas.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge waiting customers promptly at the register.
• Listen to needs and suggest appropriate products or options.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.
