Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Ring sales and returns accurately following procedures.
• Maintain standards for merchandising and restock for the sales floor.
• Participate in store safety, shrink reduction, and cleanliness initiatives.
• Support and participate in store recovery and provide feedback.
