The TJX Companies, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience across all customer touchpoints and maintain a clean, organized store.

You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store and assist in achieving business objectives. Responsibilities include handling purchases, promoting credit and loyalty programs, merchandising, and participating in store recovery.

• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
