Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards on the floor.
• Process and prepare merchandise for sale floor per procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and upkeep throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
• Provide feedback and recognition to teammates.
• Follow labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
