Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will warmly greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support a positive shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

In this role you’ll handle POS transactions, replenish floors, and communicate current promotions and the Loyalty program. Carter’s emphasizes flexibility, growth, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store and delivering excellent service.
