Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Customer Experience team member in Los Angeles to enhance customer interactions and streamline e-commerce operations. You will collaborate with tech, product, retail, and online teams to refine processes and systems that shape the Buck Mason brand experience.

The role requires a results-driven, self-directed professional who can analyze data, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service while upholding the Buck Mason standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact and on-call resource for all customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Quickly and accurately problem solve for any customer deliveries, transactions and experience that don't go 100% as planned.
• Understand our styles and technology to offer fit and style advice tailored to each customer.
• Use Excel and Google Sheets to track and analyze data for routine problem orders.
• Analyze metrics for measuring customer experience, engagement and satisfaction.
• Understand shipping, fulfillment and returns procedures to process orders efficiently.
• Partner with leadership to create and execute new policies, procedures and client retention initiatives.
