Buck Mason in Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Experience team member to turn customers into promoters and improve daily operations. You’ll collaborate with tech, product, retail and online teams to implement and refine processes that elevate the e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve issues with deliveries, transactions and experiences that don’t go as planned.
• Provide fit and style advice tailored to each customer's needs.
• Use Excel and Google Sheets to track and analyze data for routine orders.
• Analyze metrics for customer experience, engagement and satisfaction.
• Understand shipping, fulfillment and returns to process orders efficiently.
• Partner with leadership to create policies and client-retention initiatives.
