You will coordinate with customers, track trailers, resolve disputes and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliable service. Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule and reschedule loads awarded by the customer with proper reason codes to ensure timely delivery.
• Track trailer pools to determine availability of empties for scheduling.
• Provide documentation to validate customer disputes.
• Monitor freight for potential resets and reschedules to avoid penalties and maintain service quality.
• Resolve appointment requests for key customers with delivery in locked-out areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across segments.
• Communicate with customers to verify orders and schedule deliveries, ensuring customer requirements and satisfaction.

Job Summary

Under close supervision, performs a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files, and booking customer deliveries

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule and reschedule all loads awarded by the customer using proper reason codes to ensure timely delivery and maximize customer satisfaction
• Track trailer pools to see if customer has available empties to determine scheduling
• Provide documentation to validate customer disputes
• Monitor customer’s freight for potential resets and reschedules to avoid penalties from customer and to provide the best possible service
• Resolve appointment requests for key customers with delivery dates within locked out areas
• Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with new customers, existing customers, and other business segments
• Communicate with customers to verify their product order and schedule an appointment for delivery, and establish customer requirements and maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 year of working experience

Compensation

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education,experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may beeligible forannual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of theCompany’s bonusand incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
