Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Operations Analyst in Centralia to elevate the customer experience. You will become the subject matter expert for SAP, EDI, and Power BI and serve as a solutions expert delivering insights to improve service across Hubbell’s customer base.

You will analyze data, develop dashboards, and support the implementation of new business solutions while collaborating with teams and stakeholders to drive data quality and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT related fields preferred or 3-5 years’ work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a similar Data Analyst/Business Analyst function.
• Advanced Excel and SAP experience.
• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI, Power Automate and other Office 365 software.
• Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query M.
• Familiarity with EDI - Electronic Data Interchange; including experience with VANs, ANSI X12, and SAP iDocs and other industry related fulfillment software.
• Experience with project management and processing documentation.
• Ability to travel for business related activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use Power BI, SAP Onbase and other applications to create and organize data ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Support a variety of analytical solutions by conducting complex data analysis and detailed reporting.
• Assist with the research, development, and implementation of new business solutions.
• Analyze EDI – Electronic Data Interchange and any client reported support issues, determine root cause, and apply corrective action.
