Job summary

West Bend Insurance Company in West Bend, WI is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join the Customer Experience team. You will analyze customer feedback, policy data, and digital metrics to transform data into actionable insights and support VoC reporting and journey measurements.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Power BI, Databricks, Google Analytics, and survey platforms while collaborating with business partners to improve policyholder and agent experiences.

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Mathematics, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Interest in customer experience, business intelligence, analytics, or research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer feedback data, policy data, and digital experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Voice of Customer (VoC) reporting and surface insights from surveys and feedback.
• Measure customer journeys and evaluate experiences of policyholders and agency partners.
• Assist with customer experience initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Help manage dashboards, visualizations, and reports turning data into business recommendations.
• Monitor trends and identify emerging pain points and opportunities.
• Support development of customer personas and journey maps.
• Collaborate with partners to bring a customer-focused perspective.
