Job summary

BRMi is seeking an Analytics Data Scientist to improve customer experience through data-driven problem solving. Based in Vienna, VA (hybrid), the role involves exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and VOC research to deliver actionable insights for digital experiences.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior with Python and SQL, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating automated analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or another quantitative/analytical field.
• 1–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related project work.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; R is beneficial.
• Experience with analytic methods including EDA, hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, segmentation, clustering, NLP, or sentiment analysis.
• Strong ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer digital behavior using Python and SQL.
• Run exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns in product adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address digital experience challenges.
• Develop, automate, and maintain analytical solutions delivering insights.
• Use statistical methods to understand customer behavior and support data-driven decisions.
• Apply NLP and text analytics to summarize and classify feedback and surface themes.
• Produce dashboards, presentations, and data stories for executives.
