Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Customer Experience Analytics Data Scientist in Merrifield, VA (Hybrid). The role focuses on analyzing customer experience through data, including exploration, modeling, and NLP-driven insights.

You will partner with product and technology teams to convert analyses into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with NLP and VoC research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, or a quantitative field.
• 1–5 years of data science, analytics, or BI experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, and text analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member digital behavior using Python and SQL to extract insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns in product adoption, engagement, and CX.
• Collaborate with product/tech/business teams to translate findings into dashboards and actions.
• Develop and maintain analytical solutions to inform business decisions and VoC research.
