Job summary

Kaizen Gaming is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst with a local presence in the Czech Republic to expand the CX operations for the Betano brand. You will collect and analyze customer data, identify trends and opportunities, and work with product, UX/UI, and support teams to drive improvements in satisfaction and loyalty.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, journey mapping, and presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Fluency in Czech and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in business, marketing, analytics, sociology or psychology.
• 2-5 years in data analysis, CX or related role; gambling industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, SPSS and data viz tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and concerns.
• Use tools to generate actionable insights for CX improvements.
• Monitor KPIs related to satisfaction, engagement and loyalty.
• Map customer journeys to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance interfaces and flows.
• Present data-driven findings to stakeholders and teams.
