Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Riverside, CA seeks a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, share product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will sample products, assist with cooking demonstrations, drive sales, coordinate event activities, and maintain sample inventory while adhering to food safety guidelines.

We value high energy, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly and follow directions during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement and sales.
• Ability to follow cooking directions and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop and related appliances.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery products.
• Achieving sales goals by sharing products and encouraging trials.
• Coordinating event activities (setup, takedown, communications, inventory, recaps via SharePoint).
• Maintaining program specific equipment and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Completing assigned online trainings to build knowledge.
