Job summary

SIXT in Salt Lake City is hiring for a customer service associate to greet customers, verify documents, and guide rental selections. You’ll help finalize rentals, upsell optional services, and ensure vehicles are prepared and returned in good condition.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer documents and licenses to ensure valid rental transactions.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and handle exchanges as needed.
• Upsell additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes.
• Complete rental agreements, explain charges, and provide accurate receipts.
• Inspect returned vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel levels and maintain a clean work area.
