Customer Experience Advocate - Work From Home

[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $26 per hour / Health, dental & vision benefits

As a Customer Experience Advocate at Postscript, your responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally;
  2. Providing exceptional support and troubleshooting assistance via live chat and email;
  3. Accurately documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues;
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns effectively;
  5. Identifying and reporting trends or recurring issues to improve overall customer experience;
  6. Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement;
  7. Upholding company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
