Edmond Hyundai is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our Service Department in Edmond, Oklahoma. If you enjoy talking with people and delivering exceptional service, this role focuses on making customers feel valued after service visits.

You will handle follow-up calls, document feedback, and work with the team to elevate loyalty. A friendly, professional demeanor and solid communication skills help ensure every interaction leaves customers impressed and confident in Edmond Hyundai.
