Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Florida to greet customers, educate on the Unlimited Membership, and convert visits into loyalty. You are the face of EL, delivering energetic service while driving membership growth in a fast-paced environment.

Join a team that values hospitality and brand standards. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and log feedback. Evening/weekend availability and bilingual skills are a plus for South Florida markets.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and professional image.

Confident in handling complaints on the spot.
Comfortable with POS systems.

Keep the site sharp - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.
Capture what matters - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
