El Car Wash in Maryland is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of the brand, delivering energetic service and driving membership growth. You will convert every interaction into loyalty and log feedback to help improve operations.

As a frontline hourly role, you’ll handle evenings, weekends, and outdoor conditions, using the POS system to process sales and maintain a welcoming site. Join a fast-paced, team-driven environment focused on exceptional customer experiences.

• Capture what matters - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
