Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Detroit to be the face of EL. You’ll welcome customers, educate on our Unlimited Membership, and turn visits into loyalty with high-energy service.

In this frontline, hourly role you’ll log feedback, resolve concerns, and help guests leave impressed while maintaining a clean, safe site and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly.
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.
