You will handle documentation, invoicing, and data entry while maintaining a welcoming reception area in a busy collision repair facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally.
• Keep the workspace clean as the first point of contact at the facility.
• Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence and route to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and input information into accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
