Job summary

Crash Champions in Chicago is hiring a Customer Support Associate to greet customers, answer calls and emails, and keep the reception and front desk running smoothly. You will support General Managers and Service Advisors, process payments, and help with clerical duties while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally.
• Keep workspace clean as the first point of contact with the facility.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence; direct to appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry in accounting system and various spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
