Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing product returns credits, debits, denials and maintaining supporting spreadsheets.
• Sorting, matching, and distributing daily credit memos and supporting documentation.
• Reception support, including phone coverage and guest intake.
• Providing commercial invoice and export documentation for orders crossing borders.
• Preparing and mailing invoices and statements daily.
• Maintaining physical and electronic files and records.
• Monitoring stock of office supplies and reporting shortages.
• Performing clerical data entry and customer center support.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
