The Embark Agency is looking for a Customer Events Representative to join its Birmingham team and help deliver engaging face-to-face customer experiences across promotional events and retail campaigns.

In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, introduce them to products and services, and support sales conversations throughout live campaigns. You’ll combine customer engagement, event support, and sales while representing well-known brands in a professional and approachable way.
