Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing, testing, and creating solutions for technical problems. You will align business requirements with partner products, services, and our platforms to improve enterprise customers' operations.

The role involves building infrastructure to support enterprise customers, coordinating data integrations, analytics, and delivering scalable solutions while guiding a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, BI and data visualization tools.
Experience delivering data integration and data analytics projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
US Healthcare experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead engineers and quality analysts.
Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics, dashboards, maintenance operations and QA.
Work with cross-functional teams to define, design and deliver solutions.
Own delivery plans and timelines through customer consultation.
Provide leadership for technical deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Negotiate features and new tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
