Job summary

Uncover is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and QA professionals, driving data integration, analytics, and dashboard solutions for Enterprise customers. You will partner with IT, analytics, and infrastructure teams to design and deliver scalable platforms and services.

You will own delivery plans and timelines, mentor engineers, and negotiate features with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Technical PM, Stakeholder management, and strong communication required.
• Experience delivering data integration and analytics projects; healthcare domain a plus.
• 10+ years in ETL, DW/BI, analytics with PM experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT, software engineering and business teams.
• SQL data extraction experience; familiarity with ETL tools and data mapping.
• Python scripting basics; REST APIs and service-oriented architectures understanding.
• Experience with On-Prem and Cloud data extraction challenges.
• Agile experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead engineers and QA analysts.
• Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics, dashboards, maintenance operations and QA.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Own delivery plan and timelines in coordination with customers.
• Drive technical deliverables and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiate features and tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
