Levelpath in Chicago is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to configure, test, onboard, and advocate for users of the Levelpath platform. The role offers growth into senior roles and Solutions Consultant paths, with a base + variable compensation and equity.

You will engage in customer calls, build deeper product knowledge, and collaborate with Solutions Consultants to implement workflows while becoming the product expert for assigned areas.

Formación

• 4+ years of direct customer-facing experience.
• B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with tools, such as building workflows or configuring fields.
• BA or BS degree and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Join customer calls during builds and testing and present to customers.
• Configure the platform, make changes, and own the workstreams with Solutions Consultants.
• Be the first touch point for users, answer tickets, guide them through the product.
• Find bugs, report to Product and Engineering, and follow up in daily syncs.
• Write product documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
• Act as a trusted advisor on customer health and advocate for users with Product.
• Help build and scale the team's processes, assets, and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce).
