Advantage Solutions in Alaska is seeking a Shift Coordinator to assist with daily store operations and event openings/closings. You will support safety, quality, and cleanliness while educating customers and promoting products during demonstrations.

The role requires 18+ years old, the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for up to 6 hours, and reliable transportation. Training and team support are provided, with additional hours possible based on events.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Willing to support demo events and prepare set-ups.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and event openings/closings.
• Support adherence to warehouse safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Promote products through demonstrations and educate Costco members.
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff during shifts.
