Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Kailua, Hawaii, is seeking a Shift Coordinator to help with daily store operations during events. You will assist with opening and closing tasks, uphold safety, service quality, and cleanliness while modeling professionalism.

You will engage Costco members through product demonstrations, educate customers, support setup/teardown, and promote our brands. No prior experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willing to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Assist with demo events and ensure setup/teardown of carts and supplies.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Support food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
