SentriLock is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Delivery to lead execution for a market-driven product vertical. You will translate strategy, customer needs, and roadmap priorities into coordinated plans with product, engineering, QA, and GTM partners.

You will drive progress against delivery commitments, adoption, and business outcomes while partnering with IT&E leadership on staffing, budget, and prioritization. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software product delivery or SaaS
• 5+ years of direct people leadership
• Experience leading product or technology delivery teams with execution planning
• Proven ability in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid SDLC environments
• Strong business and financial acumen with roadmap and budget experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices, release readiness and adoption metrics
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

• Drive accountability linking performance to customer value and business outcomes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional prioritization and trade‑offs across factors like demand, capacity, and debt.
