Responsibilities

  • Plan and support internal and external meetings, events, and presentations from start to finish.
  • Coordinate logistics across stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners to help ensure successful program execution.
  • Support venue sourcing and event setup to align meeting space and requirements with program needs.
  • Manage registration, attendee communications, physician contracting, and related event coordination tasks.
  • Track post-event activities, including invoice processing, internal chargebacks, financial summaries, and attendee feedback.
  • Help maintain accurate reporting, compliance tracking, and program metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with building and improving systems, databases, and CRM-based tracking tools.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams to help ensure event activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Review business needs and help develop practical processes that support evolving team goals.

Job description

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, partnering across teams, and helping create seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and support internal and external meetings, events, and presentations from start to finish
