Job summary

Colonial Group in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to join our operations team. You will receive, verify, and stock shipments, pick and pack customer orders, and help maintain accurate inventories with strong attention to detail.

You'll operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely, document shipments, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders per policy.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward paperwork as needed.
• Identify nonstock, special-order, and damaged material and store properly.
• Complete documentation for shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks and operate forklift safely.
• Inform supervisor of stock depletions, discrepancies, or damaged merchandise.
• Ensure security and controls to protect assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety; remove debris; report safety issues.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all duties per Safety Standards and complete required training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
