Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, pick, and load products, ensuring accuracy, productivity, safety, and excellent customer service. You will perform duties under supervision in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role involves operating forklifts and other equipment, selecting and fulfilling orders, and maintaining accurate inventory and records while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment, including hand jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
• Select, prepare, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive inbound products and ensure accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Transport products and materials from receiving areas to storage locations.
• Stock items on racks, shelves, or bins according to assigned warehouse locations.
• Read pick tickets, labels, or electronic displays to assemble customer orders and place them on pallets for shipment.
• Load trailers with merchandise scheduled for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
