Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Regular, on-site banking associate in the United States (Georgia) to provide timely, accurate client transactions and thorough recordkeeping. The role emphasizes delivering superior service, expanding self-service usage, and supporting sales through IRM activities.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with PC software, and the ability to multitask. Weekend/extended hours may be required, with potential travel for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking) to enhance service experience.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for serving clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
