Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Service Department phones.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Cashiering for Service and Parts customers; handle payments.
• Balance daily transactions and cash drawer.
• Close completed work orders.
• Scan and file documents.
• Call guests overdue for service.
• Maintain office supplies inventory.
• Assist in Extended Warranty claim submissions.
