Job summary

Sunnyvale Honda is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the service department and enhance the guest experience. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle cashiering for service and parts customers in a fast-paced Bay Area dealership.

Service Coordinator, you will contribute to a world-class automotive retail experience by assessing guests' needs and providing support across various tasks within the service department.

What you'll be working on:

• Answer incoming Service Department phones
• Service appointment scheduling
• Cashiering Service and Parts customers, Including taking credit cards and cash
• Balancing transactions at the end of each day, including the cash drawer.
• Closing completed work orders
• Scanning and filing of documents
• Calling guests who are overdue for service
• Keeping a working inventory of office supplies
• Assisting in Extended Warranty claim submissions

What you need to bring to the table:

• Commitment to excellent guest experience – on the phone/email, in the store, and after purchase
• Call center or phone-heavy customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a guest-focused, professional approach
• Confidence working independently in a high-volume dealership setting
• Organized and reliable, with a positive mindset and motivation to deliver results
• Enjoys a fast pace and finds satisfaction in turning steady call activity into real appointments
• X-Time and CDK experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary:

$19.50-$30.00 per hour

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
