Qualifications

• Experience in sales support in manufacturing is required.
• Strong understanding of OEM sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Experience with SAP, or another ERP system is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software; Salesforce is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team by processing dealer inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Create sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy.
• Verify model and term structure and follow established standards and procedures.
