• 1-2 years of customer service experience in retail or related field.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Full-time associates must have open availability; weekend shifts required.
• Part-Time Flex associates must be available for two weekend shifts and two weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly customer service and drive world-class service standards.
• Assist customers with services such as gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, special orders, and deliveries.
• Use effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and meet sales goals.
• Accurately process register transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintain signage, lighting, and stockroom cleanliness.
