Job summary

AutoZone is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Mount Pocono to support daily store operations, energize team performance, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll lead with strong communication, develop staff, and ensure exceptional customer service to uphold the WOW! standard.

The role requires a proactive leader who can manage inventory, safety, and store merchandising while guiding earnings and team engagement. Flexible hours including evenings may be needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with strong communication, decision-making, and sales-driving skills.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize cash flow to improve profitability.
• Ensure PPE use, promote safety, and maintain a safe, orderly store environment.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and resolve concerns to create positive experiences.
