Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our Spectrum team. The role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, meeting sales, service, and operational goals, while educating customers on Spectrum products and promotions.

The position requires strong communication, cash handling, and a good command of English in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants must be able to lift and stand for extended periods and comply with store policies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
Strong comfort with personal technology, mobile devices, video platforms, and computer applications.

Responsibilities
