You will engage with customers, process transactions, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and good math and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise and ring customers efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards according to policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain exchange/refund policies.
