The TJX Companies, Inc. in Papillion, NE is seeking a customer-focused store associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will engage customers, ring purchases, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while adhering to loss prevention standards.

You should have excellent customer service, be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate clearly, multitask, and work well with peers. Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safe environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Accept feedback and recognition graciously
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
