Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a customer-focused associate at TJ Maxx Store 1525 Gretna NE. You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, ring purchases accurately, and maintain store cleanliness and standards across departments.

You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas, participate in loss prevention, and promote credit and loyalty programs. The role requires flexible hours and strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to SOPs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and recovery standards across the sales floor.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
