Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for customers in our store. You will assist shoppers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate the cash register, stock items, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor to maximize customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking and rotating stock, and supporting display setups while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and handle payments.
• Unpack, stock, restock and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Clean the store and assist with sidewalk displays and general upkeep.
