Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained across departments to support business needs and promote loyalty programs.

You will ring purchases, process returns, and help maintain merchandising standards while contributing to a positive store culture and safe shopping environment. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Model and support positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and ensure safety and cleanliness.
