Job summary

You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain shop standards while adhering to company policies. Minimum requirements include a set weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights, weekend/holiday shifts, fluent English communication, and basic math for sales reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights; ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math for sales reports in English.
• Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
