Job summary

The Sierra store at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Paducah, KY seeks a dedicated retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain an organized store environment. You will engage with customers, process purchases and returns, and support store operations across departments as needed.

Responsibilities include promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and participating in store recovery and safety efforts. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Maintains clean, organized store environment and follows procedures.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
