The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at its Marshalls Store in Lubbock, TX to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will support operations across departments, process purchases and returns accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help drive loss prevention and safety standards while collaborating with peers and supervisors. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in store recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and participate in safety programs.
• Support and participate in labor policy adherence.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet business needs.
