Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required.
• Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service, and operational results and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to produce individual and team sales and customer experience results.
• Knowledgeable of the financial services industry and local community to better serve the customer.

Responsibilities

• Drive a best-in-class branch experience in service execution, sales, and operations.
• Create daily plans to deepen customer relationships and ensure service standards.
• Partner with Branch Manager to meet service, sales and operational goals.
• Execute and role model the bank's service standards in every interaction.
• Resolve customer issues and act as liaison between customer and bank.
• Identify additional needs during customer interactions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain partnerships with other lines of business to drive profitable relationships.
• Serve as a back-up Teller or Head Teller when needed.
• Stay current on regulations, policies and procedures related to Personal Banker responsibilities.
